First, a little background on me.

My passion is in knowledge transfer. Specifically, how can knowledge best be packaged and communicated to make a difference in people's lives?

This passion began from a mother who was a teacher and then was amplified during an internship with the Business Lab at 3M Worldwide, where I was the lead researcher on a pilot study of how knowledge transfer takes place in businesses with annual revenues under $50 million.

We live in times of information overload. Too much information can clutter our intelligence. Information without purpuse becomes roadblocks to progress and action.
